Meet the Team
At TMJ Relief 360, Dr. Raymond Carpenter and our team are dedicated exclusively to the diagnosis and treatment of Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD), Orofacial Pain, and Dental Sleep Medicine. With advanced training in both traditional structural TMJ protocols and modern conservative pain management, Dr. Carpenter integrates time-tested clinical principles with cutting-edge regenerative and neuromuscular therapies. His approach emphasizes conservative, reversible care whenever possible, utilizing joint stabilization, neuromuscular rehabilitation, biologic PRF therapy, and advanced photobiomodulation, with surgery considered only when clearly indicated. From your very first call through every follow-up, you can expect attentive listening, clear explanations, and detail-oriented care from a team that bridges structure, muscle, regeneration, sleep health, and aesthetics to help you restore function, comfort, and confidence.

Erin
Office Manager & Patient Care Coordinator
Erin is an advanced neuromuscular therapist who graduated from the National Holistic Institute in San Jose, CA, in 2013. She is also pursuing a bachelors degree in neuroscience from ASU online. Erin joined our team in November 2025, and is excited to play a part in growing our practice to help even more patients across the country. She is enthusiastic and excited about the changes we are making to create a patient-focused practice for TMJ and sleep apnea. She works diligently each day to help ensure our patients receive the quality care they deserve, coordinating scheduling and insurance billing as well as presenting treatment plans that suit our patients and their treatment needs.
Erin and her partner of 10 years recently welcomed a baby boy, who has been an absolute blessing beyond their wildest dreams. Outside the office, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors and plans to pursue a certification in scuba diving now that she lives in sunny San Diego.

Olesya
Practice Facilitator
Olesya graduated with honors from SDSU with her Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare communication in 2025, and joined our team in July of that same year. She works closely alongside Dr. Carpenter during patient visits to help maintain a calm, organized flow of care. By supporting communication and assisting behind the scenes, she helps our patients stay informed, comfortable and supported throughout their visit, creating a welcoming environment so each appointment is a smooth, reassuring and positive experience from start to finish. Olesya enjoys being part of a practice with an environment that blends compassion and innovation – our constant search to find better ways to help our patients, whether through education, technology or personalized care, makes every day meaningful.
Olesya is close to her parents, who have supported her through every step and milestone in her life – their constant encouragement and love have helped shape the person she is today. When not in the office, Olesya can be found going on walks, staying active with her daily steps, catching sunsets and enjoying road trips with good music.
